All prices are subject to change without notice. The Best Bourbon Whiskey is not responsible for typographical errors and reserves the right to change incorrect pricing at its sole discretion. The Best Bourbon Whiskey reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Website following any changes acknowledges your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use this Website.

All captions, titles, or section headings in these terms and conditions are for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provisions herein. Wherever the word “including” or “include” appears, it shall be construed to mean “including without limitation.”

This Return and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy available at Thebestbourbonwhiskey.com.

Eligibility to Order

You must be at least 21 years old to order from us. You must also provide a valid ID and signature upon delivery. We do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO (AE/AP/AA) addresses, PO Boxes.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THE BEST BOURBON WHISKEY DOES NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR RETURNS. If an exception is made, a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the product was shipped free due to promotions, we will deduct forty dollars ($40.00) from your refund for shipping and handling.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If you fail to receive your order after the designated number of delivery attempts and the product is returned to The Best Bourbon whiskey, a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the package is returned damaged due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.

Exchanges and Store Credit

Exchanges and store credit are determined on a case-by-case basis and are limited to the following scenarios:

  1. Damaged Product: If your product is significantly damaged upon receipt, you may be eligible for an identical replacement if in stock and if you purchased shipping insurance at checkout. If out of stock, you may receive store credit for the damaged item.

  2. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, we will send you the correct item upon receiving the incorrect one back via a return label provided by us. If the correct item is out of stock, we will issue store credit.

Return Process

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Issues with Your Order

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thebestbourbonwhiskey.com or call us at +1‪(210) 564-7424. We will offer a replacement or full refund, covering return shipping costs.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only exchange damaged, incorrect, or defective items. Contact us at info@thebestbourbonwhiskey.com for processing; no restocking fee will apply for exchanges.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
